Space planning construction documents and permitting for a three story exisiting office building in Olde City Philadelphia. The project included extensive permitting at the state and local levels; including successful ADA variance proceedings. The goal was to transform a residential loft on the first floor into a functional and flexible rental/flex space fror the builidng owner who runs a consulting firm out of the building; and add a new stair to the lower level work space. The building could not be completely retrofitted for ADA due to space constraints and through our efforts a variance was procured at the state level. The project will be completed by the end of 2009.
